Funeral for Roy Winton Hendrix, 67, of Falkville was to be today at 2 p.m. at Brown Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Chuck Cantaberry officiating.
Burial was to be in Decatur City Cemetery.
Mr. Hendrix died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 1995, at his residence. He was born Aug. 28, 1928, in Decatur.
He was a member of Central United Methodist Church and the Decatur Barber Shop Quartet.
Mr. Hendrix is survived by his wife, Barbara Hendrix; two sons, David Hendrix of Decatur and Johnny Hendrix of Arizona; two daughters, Sandra Bright and Marjorie Brown, both of Birmingham; one stepson, Richard Clark of Falkville; one stepdaughter, Barbara Sue Clark of Falkville; one brother, Eugene Hendrix of Camden, Ark; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were to be Richard Clark Jr, Jack Brown, John Cocke, Matthew Wiseman, Danny Hendrix, and Josh Hendrix.
