Henry A. Carlson, 73, Chetek, died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 1986, at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.
He was born March 29, 1913, to Carl and Annie (Aronson) Carlson in the Town of Dovre. He married Ethel Robinson June 27, 1935, in Chetek, and he and his brothers owned and operated Carlson Poultry, Inc., from 1939-1974.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jerald Carlson, Minneapolis, Minn., and Gayle Carlson, Carmel, Ind.; fours brothers, John, Sigurd and Norman, all of Chetek, and Harold, Hammond, Ind.; one sister, Mary Paulsrud, Eau Claire; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Martin; and one sister, Agnes.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Dovre Lutheran Church with Rev. Ronald Gerl officiating and burial in the Dovre Cemetery,
Arrangements were handled by the Burnham-Ours Funeral Home.
