Graveside services for Ira (Vance) Ebbs, 69, US Navy, Retired, will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 29, 1998 in Arlington Park Cemetery. Mr. Ebbs passed away Sunday, April 26, 1998. He retired from the US Navy after 22 years of service and was a member of the Fleet Reserve Post #290. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Doris Ebbs, of Atlantic Beach, FL; two daughters, Cheryl Butler (Joseph), Lisa Caudill (Jim), all of Jacksonville; three grandchildren, Michael and Stephen Butler and Caitlin Caudill; one sister, Hilda Smith; two brothers, Joe and Otis Ebbs. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday (TONIGHT) at the ARLINGTON PARK FUNERAL HOME, 6920 Lone Star Rd.
