Paul Bernard Todd was the son of John Hearon Todd & Edna Viola Lingenfelter Todd. He was the grandson of James George Todd & Barbara Ann Roxby Todd and Andrew Harrison Lingenfelter & Margaret Sarah Hoch Lingenfelter.
His siblings were: Robert Odell Todd, John Andrew Todd, Sarah Ellen Todd Blose, Janet Adelaine Todd Mahan, Blaine Earl Todd, Louise Hearon Todd Benson, and Vira Todd Bines.

Paul died following a short illness.
Paul B Todd, son of Mr & Mrs John Todd near Sprankles Mills, died in the Adrian Hospital this morning at 1 o'clock. Meningitis caused his death at the age of 9 years. Paul was born March 16-1927, a son of John and Edna Todd, near Sprankles Mills. He had a perfect Sunday School and school record until three weeks ago when he became ill. Paul attended the Barton Chapel Methodist Sunday School and Startzell School. He was loved by his playmates and the older persons who knew him and he will be sorely missed in Sprankles Mills. His parents and six brothers and sisters survive: Robert, Andrew, [Ellen - left out], Janet, Blaine, and Louise all at home. [Vira had not been born yet.] The body will be brought to the Morrison Funeral Home on Gilpin St where funeral services will be held Sunday at 2pm. Internment will be in the Frostburg Cemetery.
