John N. Tifft married Stella Hicks on 05/11/1899 in Crow Wing County. In 1930, he and Stella were living with the family of their daughter, Beatrice Kuech, in Minot, ND. Next in the census was their son, Thomas, and his family.

Lottie May Tifft married Thomas Nash on 03/27/1893 in Crow Wing County. They lived in Pine River. Her brother William was living with them in 1930. Lottie May Nash died in Cass County 13 Sep 1942.
