Memorial services for Mr. Jackson William (Jack) Sullivan, 78, from Crownsville, M.D. will be held Monday, Dec. 13, 1999at 1 p.m. at the Pasley-Fletcher Chapel with Rev. L. E. Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Upson Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Sullivan died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 1999 in Baltimore, M.D.

Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Sullivan was a native of Upson County.

Survivors include his daughter Miss Gayle Sullivan of Baltimore, M.D., a son Mr. Eldon Sullivan of Baltimore, M.D.; three sisters, Mrs. Helen S. Elliott of Zebulon, Miss Virginia Sullivan of Thomaston and Mrs. Martha Stewart of Warner Robins; a brother, Mr. Joe Sullivan of Fayetteville; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Agnes Sullivan of Thomaston and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
