She married Louise Garrett, ("Dick") Cowart.(Birth -Sept 28, 1906 Death- August 10, 1987) They had one son-Jessie David Cowart. Rosie and Dick divorced in 1950 while in Taylor County, Florida. Rosie married Richard Dempsey and they were later divorced. Richard passed in Tampa, Florida (Hillsboro County). Rosie was 92 years old when she passed.
