Dorris Carroll Cameron, 91, beloved Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away May 11, 2011. A longtime resident of San Diego, she arrived in 1926 with her parents Ethel and Harley "Tim" Carroll, brothers James, Roger, Harley and sister Irene, they settled in Pacific Beach. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Ann Johnson, Linda Holland, and Barbara Park, five grandsons and six great-grand-children, her brother James "Jim" Carroll, and sister-in-law Lucille of Orland, Ca., many nieces, nephews and friends. Her life was joyous, filled with family, world travel and her love of cooking, reading and painting. She was Nana and Super Nana to her family, and extended family members. A Memorial service will be held Friday, May 27th, at 2 p.m. at the Pacific Beach Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her honor to Hospice of San Diego or your favorite charity.
