"Amos L. Davey, 57, rural Mineral Point laborer, died Sunday (Mar. 28, 1965) in a Dodgeville hospital after a brief illness. The funeral will be held at 1:30 pm Wednesday in the Luloff Funeral Home, Dodgeville, where friends may call after 7 tonight. He is survived by his wife, the former Florence Schafter; a daughter, Debra, at home; a son Joseph, at home, three sisters, Mrs. Elva Roberts, Dodgeville; Mrs. R. G. Boquette [Poquette], Los Angeles, Calif; and Mrs. Alex Engel, Beloit; and two brothers, Aldro and Joseph, Dodgeville. He is survived in Madison by a brother, Willard, 33 Norris Ct."
