Age 86, daughter of the late Matthew and Frances Stuli Janoski. She had lived in the Erie area since 1950. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She had worked as a machinist for Tanner Manufacturing in Lawrence Park for 19 years, retiring in 1970. She was founder and first woman president of the Machinist Union Local 94 at Tanner. She was also a member of the AFL-CIO Local 250 while working and living in New Jersey. She enjoyed traveling, camping, sewing and playing bingo and was an avid golfer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Golden; four brothers, John, Steven, Pete and Joseph Janoski.

Survivors include three daughters, Delores Butler of Lawrence Park, Bonnie Norman of Wesleyville, Sandra Baxter and her husband, Robert, of League City, Texas; three sons, Thomas Epperson of Wattsburg, Robert Epperson and his wife, Miriam, of Hemphill, Texas, Gilbert Epperson of Lawrence Park; five sisters, Pauline Ostrowski and her husband, Anthony, of Lawndale, Calif., Lena Obuszewski and her husband, Edward, of Torrance, Calif., Ann Huntington and her husband, James, of Yucca Valley, Calif., Katherine Nardo of Florida, Margaret Doohan of Forest Field, Australia; two brothers, George Janoski and his wife, Mary Lou, of Union City, Andrew Janoski and his wife, Madeline, of Youngsville; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery.
