Saturday, February 26, 1881

Ritchey Kincaid, Esquire, one of the most prominent and highly respected citizens of Anderson county, died at his home in Clinton, Wednesday night last and was buried Thursday. He was 60 odd years of age and a consistent member of the M E Church, South.

.....Timothy S Kincaid (mentioned but no relationship given).....I have already given to T S Kincaid his part of my effects, Ayers Kincaid has had his part, Elbert S Kincaid has had his part of my effects. I do appoint Rufus Stephen Kincaid my Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed this the 10th day of August, 1880.
