Funeral services for Louis Bonds will be held in the Methodist church at Cheyenne Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Committal will be in the Berlin cemetery. Mr. Bonds, father of Cecil Bonds of this city, passed away at Elk City, Monday afternoon.
Immediate survivors include four sons and two daughters. They are Cecil, Cheyenne; Frank, Hobbs, New Mexico; Luther, Elroy, Arizona; Loren, Sayre; Mrs. Clyde Rowels, Roswell, New Mexico, and Mrs. Billy Dykes, Raymond, Washington. All are expected to be present for the services.
Mr. Bonds, who was 78 years of age, came to Roger Mills County in the early days, and had spent most of his life here. His wife preceded him in death in 1918.
