Obituary for Patricia Shell
Patricia R. Shell, 82 of rural Decatur passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 6:30 am at her residence. Patricia was born in Decatur, Indiana on April 18, 1925 to the late Peter W. & Florence C. (Meyer) Bolinger. She married Joseph A. Shell on April 17, 1945, he passed away April 3, 1998.
Surviving are 2 sons Joseph G. Shell of Decatur and Edward G. Shell of Auburn; 2 brothers Arthur (Ted) Bolinger of Ft. Wayne, IN and Edward L. Drum of Mt.Zion; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husband and a brother Bob Bolinger.
Patricia was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Women of St. Mary and the Harvest House. She was a waitress at Lose Restaurant.
Visitation will be 4-8 pm Thursday, November 15, 2007 at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home. Reciting of the Rosary at 3:30.
A 9:20 am prayer service will be held on Friday, Nov. 16th at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.
Father Benedict Kakwezi will be officiating and burial is in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials are to Family Hospice of Northeast Indiana.
