Edna R. Conrath, 95, West Reading, died May 22, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in Spruce Manor Nursing Home. She was the widow of Clayton F. Conrath, who died in 1993. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Forest and Katherine (Reisner) Bauscher. [her father's correct given name appears to have been Morris, although in many records he is Forrest Bauscher]

She was an examiner at Nolde & Horst for 17 1/2 years, a clipper at Handel Hat Factory for 5 years and a stamper at Wide Awake Shirt Company for 20 years, retiring in 1976.
She was a member of Berks Bible Church in Shillington.

Surviving are a son, Donald C. Conrath, with whom she last resided; a daughter, Karen L. Rhoads of Shillington; 2 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and a brother, Forest R. Bauscher of Wyomissing.

Services from Bean Funeral Home, 129 East Lancaster Ave., Shillington, Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Alsace Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday 12:30-1:30 p.m.
