Rada M. Corbett, 86, of Emmett, died March 10th 1998. Rada was born November 28, 1911, at Francis, Utah, the daughter of Marion LeRoy Corbett, and Martha Ellen Woolstemhulme. She and her twin sister, Reva were the 9th and 10th children in the family. She was raised and educated in Utah. Rada married Eldon Roy Atkinson June 12, 1930 in the Salt Lake City, Utah LDS Temple. The young couple worked in Southern California with her older brother Bob and his wife on various water projects.
Eldon then bought a farm in Emmett, Idaho. They had three daughters, LaRee, Sonya and Eldene.
Rada was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and had positions in Primary, M.I.A., Sunday School, and Relief Society.
She is survived by her husband Eldon and daughters, Sonya and Eldene; 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter LaRee Gillford.
