I have not been able to come up with an exact death date for Hezekiah. I worked with Barbara (Reece) Heitkemp (now deceased) trying to find it. We knew he died in Greene County, Ind. so checked at the Greene County Courthouse in Bloomfield. We found that in the early 1900's there was a major fire that destroyed most of the vital records and they didn't have any of the death records for the years we esitmate that he died. We found a land transfer from him to his son Simeon which took place in 1908. His wife, Margaret, died on November 14, 1912 and is listed as a widow on her death certificate. So, we know that Hezekiah died sometime between 1908 and 11-14-192. Margaret was listed as being buried in the Lee Cemetery which is located in Greene County near Midland and Linton. Steve and I went searching for it. It is a small cemetery in the middle of nowhere. If you didn't know where it was, you would never find it! We had to ask and someone was kind enough to lead us to it. Anyway, there are very few stones left and we didn't find one for Hezekiah and Margaret. So, unless I find someone who actually knows for sure, I guess we will never know when he died.

**I decided to go with 1909 because that is what Barbara had in her notes.**
