Marvin F. Kicklighter Died Tuesday
Marvin F. Kicklighter,81,died last Tuesday at Evans Memorial Hospital in Claxton after a short illness.
The Tattnall County native was a veteran of World War I and was a member of Harmony Methodist Church in Glennville.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Mary Wray of Avondale, Va., Mrs. Martha Holcomb of Lawrenceville, Mrs. Reba Waters of Glennville and Mrs. Frankie Hosea of Toccoa; two sons, Lyndon Kicklighter of Manassas and Derrell Kicklighter of Roswell; a sister, Mrs. Grace Stubbs of Glennville; 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. last Friday at Glennville Free Will Baptist Church, burial in Beard's Creek Cemetery near Glennville.
Rimes Mortuary of Glennville was in charge.
