Mrs. Louisa Blecha was born December
18, 1854 at Pribislavi Czecho
Slovakia, and passed away at the
home of her daughter, Mrs. Magdeline
Rundus, April 5, 1926 at the age
of 71 years, 3 months and 18 days.
At the age of fourteen years with
her parents she came to America
and settled at Humbolt, Richardson
county, Nebraska, where she grew to
womanhood and in 1874 she was
united in marriage to Joseph J. Blecha,
who preceded her in death seven
years ago. To their union eleven
children were born, two of them dying
in infancy, one son Joseph Blecha
preceding them in death six years
ago. The surviving children are:
Charles Blecha, of Narka, Ks; Mrs.
Francis Brzon, Republic, Ks;
William, Adolph, August and Edward
of Munden; Frank of Wichita, Kansas
and Mrs. Magdeline Rundus of
Belleville, Ks; besides she leaves
to mourn her demise, three brothers
and three sisters: John Neubauer,
of Munden; Charles of Brookville,
Kansas, Frank of Lebanon, Oregon,
Mrs. Mary Brzon and Mrs. Rosa
Maurisse, Brookville, and Mrs. Minnie
Leslie of British Columbia, Canada.
She leaves twenty-eight grand
children and seven great grandchildren.
