Tryphena's memorial falls under an uncommon unknown burial aka lost to history. She died in Indiana, but her grave site wasn't recorded, nor does she have a marker.

Norway Tidings Newspaper, Norway, Herkimer Co., NY.Timothy Johnson Family (196), Vol. 4, No. 10, p. 4, October 1890-.........His brothers names were Hiram, Solomon and Gideon Jr.; his sisters Hannah, Dorcas, Lois, Tryphena and Tryphosa......Tryphena's first husband was Lewis Hinman, her second Andrew Hinman. They owned a portion of the DuBois farm and lived about a half mile northwest of Norway village. They removed to Ohio and later to southern Indiana, where Mrs. Hinman died. Dorcas the wife of Gideon, senior, lived with her daughter Tryphena when she died in 1805. The records in the surrogates office show that her will was the first from this town to be proved. Andrew Hinman and Jared Smith were the executors. The inventory of her personal property is a curious list that we may sometime print...."

In 1824 Arnold Hinman sold the Hinman land in Norway, Herkimer, NY to Pardon Tillinghast. It appears that after Pardon died in 1854 the land was passed on to his daughter Sarah and her husband David Dubois and they in turn passed it on to their son Luke Dubois.
