Thomas Charles Andrews of St Anthony, son of Cyrus S and Martha Vanderventer Andrews, died at the Deaconess Hospital late Tuesday night. He had been in serious condition with a heart ailment and dropsy for almost a year and a half preceding his death.
Funeral services will be held at the home in St Anthony at 1:30 p.m. Friday, and at the Bevins Grove church at 2 p.m.

Mr Andrews was born July 20, 1868 in Illinois Grove. He was married to Alice Atkinson at St Anthony. July 22, 1891, who preceded him in death eight years ago. To this union four children were born. One died in infancy and a son Cyrus was killed in an auto accident last year. The other two children, Mrs Clinton Hill and Mrs Herbert Andrews, both of Clemons survive.
Mr Andrews was married in 1930 to Mawie Kelso of Marshalltown who with six grandchildren and three step children, and two sisters, Mrs Jene Linn of Clemons and Mrs CLaude Easterday of Zearing also survive.
