Their known children were: Rufus Kite 1894 – 1999, he married Nell Arnette; Thomas "Tom" Kite 1895 – 1970, he married Voda Spears; Lilly Kite 1899 – 1999; Alice Kite 1902 – 1999; Willie "Bill" May Kite 1905 – 1999, she never married; Dock Kite 1907 – 2006, he married Clara Lucille White; Joseph "Joe" Kite 1910 – 1980, he married Millard Burchette.
David was a Farmer. He owned his home and farm in Hawkins, Co. near Rural Persia.
