He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Norma Jean Loy; daughters, Debbie Kennedy (Al), Susan Coffman (Bill), Teresa Branson (Bob), Amy Rainbolt; sons, Jack Loy, Jr. (Debbie), James A. Loy (Kim); sister, Millie Yant; brothers, George Loy, Bill Overton; 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
