Edna Teke
Funeral services for Edna Teke, 75, Lawrenceburg, were Monday, April 6, at the Zion United Church of Christ, with burial in Greendale Cemetery. Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg, was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Teke died Thursday, April 2, at the Dillsboro Manor. She owned Teke's Store in Greendale from February 1963 to October 1973.
She is survived by two sons, David and Terry, both of Lawrenceburg, one daughter, Karen Merkel, Lawrenceburg; one brother, Gerald Doehleman, Arizona; two sisters, Bertha Vetter and Alma Ferdon, both of Lawrenceburg, and four grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Lawrenceburg or Greendale rescue units.
