MARION, Ky. Oval Thomas Lewis, 69, of Dycusburg died at 1:37 p.m. Sunday at Livingston County Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Elma Lewis; three daughters, Elma Darlyn Gulledge of Inkster, and Lena O'Bryan and Shirley Bowling, both of Dycusburg; a son, Virgil Ray Lewis of Greenup; two sisters, Dorothy Corrish of Blue Creek, Ohio, and Ester Dunlap of Fort Wayne, three brothers, Paul Lewis of Milford, Ohio, Donald Lewis of Vanceburg and Robert Lewis of Olive Hill.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Frances Baptist Church. The Rev. Lonnie Knight will officiate, with burial in Dycusburg Cemetery.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion.
