Mrs. Isabella Lang
Mrs. Isabella Lang, 72, Marathon, died last evening at 7:05 o'clock in a local hospital after a lingering illness.
A requiem mass will be held at 10 o'clock Thursday morning in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Marathon. Celebrants will be the Revs. Leo Lang, Edwin L. Knauf and Gabriel Meyer. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
The body will be in the Lohr Funeral Home, Marathon, tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock and a parish rosary will be said there Wednesday night at 8 o'clock.
She was born April 30, 1887, in the Town of Marathon, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Vetter. She married Conrad Lang in Marathon June 26, 1907. She was a member of St. Mary's Parish Council of Catholic Women.
Surviving besides the widower are seven sons, Hubert and Melvin Lang, both of Marathon, Clarence Lang, 112 E. Bluebird Lane, Frederick Lang, 1708 W. Garfield Ave., Hugo Lang, 903 S. 20th Ave., Mark Lang, Racine, and Arnold Lang, Rhinelander; four daughters, Mrs. Ralph Zimmerman, Edgar, Mrs. Ernest Pozorski, 925 S 11th Ave., Mrs. Henry Misudek, Athens and Mrs. George Cartwright, Norwalk, Calif.; seven brothers, Hugo Vetter, 632 Le Messurier St., Alex Vetter, Beaver Dam, and Rudolph, Bruni, Mark, Matthew and Jacob Vetter, all of Marathon vicinity; two sisters, Mrs. William Aberwald, Grafton, and Miss Mary Vetter, 211 Grand Ave., and 23 grandchildren.
