Pauline Corder nee Godwin was born in Chriesman to Eugene G. and Katie B. (Standard) Godwin. She married Robert Houghton "Nig" Drummond on July 13, 1940 in Rockdale, then later married Ibra Eugene Cordner on November 10, 1949, also in Rockdale. Mrs. Corder retired as dispatcher from the Rockdale Police Department in 1985. She attended St. John's United Methodist Church in Rockdale. Mrs. Corder died on a Monday at her home in Rockdale at the age of 84 years. Funeral services were held in the Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale with Rev. John Warren of St. John's United Methodist Church officiating. Burial followed in the Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert H.
