LEROY E. DOLAN
Leroy E. Dolan, 67, of near Gings died Thursday afternoon in Fayette Memorial Hospital shortly after he had been admitted, as the result of a stroke suffered that morning. He was born in, Rush county, a son of Patrick and Emma Briggs Dolan. His wife, the former Nellie Abernathy, died 18 years ago.

Survivors are a son, Eugene, in the army, stationed in Holland;' three stepsons, Donald L. and Willard Shields, Rush county, and Gurney Shields in the armed forces, now in France; three daughters, Mrs. Dale Chomel, Connersville; Miss Emma Pauline Dolan, Indianapolis; and Juanita, at home; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Joseph Neger of Indianapolis and Mrs, Sam Bufkin of New Castle; three brothers, Charles of Fairview, Glen of near Rushville, and William of Connersville; three sisters, Mrs. J. H, George, Bentonville, and Mrs. Kate Cannudy and Mrs. E. J. Cribs of Indianapolis; and four grandchildien.

Rites were conducted Sunday at Kushville. Burial at Fairview. The Rev, Walter Crawley officiated.
