WYNEMA S. TATE, of Irving, died Jan 7, 2003. She was born in Nevada, Texas. She was a graduate of Baylor University and taught school 35 years. The last 10 years of her tenure were in Irving. She and her deceased husband, David, were the parents of son David M. Tate (an Irving dentist and the father of three daughters, Laurie, Lynda and Lucy) and son Donald S. Tate, who died in 1980. His child Amy resides in Irving. Other survivors include her sister Tommie Taylor of Irving and one great granddaughter, Bailey. She was also preceded in death by her grandson Donald W. Tate and great granddaughter Boston in 1991. She was a member of MacArthur Blvd Baptist Church since 1965. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 pm, Friday at the funeral home. Service 2 pm, Saturday at Donnellys Colonial Chapel. Rev. Jamill Badry officiating. Interment to follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas. Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home 606 W. Airport Frwy.
