Helen M. Fisher, 85, of Everett RD 2 died Monday, August 9, 1993 at Mercy Hospital, Altoona, following a brief illness.
A funeral was held on Wednesday at St Gerald Weaver Funeral Home, Woodbury by the Reverand Keven Deer. Burial was in Dry Hill Cemetary, Woodbury RD.
Mrs. Fisher was born April 14, 1908 in Snake Spring Township, Bedford County, the daughter of James E and Minerva (Kagarise) Pepple.
She was twice married, first to Arnold C. Smith who preceded her in death. She was then married to Walter "Bud" Fisher who also preceded her in death.
Surviving are two daughters: Glenda Crews of Concord CA and Betty Lou Wright of Bedford RD 2. She had five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Also surviving is a sister, Susan Pepple Dunn of Berlin, Somerset County.
She was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters: Herman, Carrie Imler, Effie Stoner, Grace Sell, Russell Daniel, Faye Carper, Elizabeth Shimer and Paul Pepple.
