Maude L. Young
CALDWELL — Maude Lorene Young, 71, formerly of Caldwell, who had been residing in Union Ore., died Saturday at a La Grande, Ore. hospital.

She was born in Fremont, Utah June 8, 1901, the daughter of William and Della Taylor. Leonard Young and Maude Ivey Taylor were married March 15, 1920 in Fremont. He died in 1952. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Mrs. Young is survived by four daughters, Donna (Mrs. Victor) Simon of Union, Nina Goheen of Caldwell, Lorene Gross of Caldwell, and Lorraine McGrath of Vallejo, Calif.; three sons, Leo Leonard Young of Caldwell, Max Young of Caldwell, and Clement Vea of Caldwell; eight sisters and four brothers; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
