She was the mother of 9 children. They were: Mary Violet, William Franklin, Ella Mae, James Calvert, Ada Matilda, Thomas Riley, Ivan Ellison (deceased), Maud Lorene and Wilford Otto.
She was preceded her death by her parents, 4 sisters and 9 brothers. Only one survivor, her brother Calvert Milton Ivie.
