Born August 1, 1918, Oak City, to Soren Carlos and Hulda Amanda Petersen Anderson.

Married LaDean Christensen in 1939. She died August 7, 1946. Married Virginia Langston Danielson, September 12, 1947 in Manti LDS Temple.

Left school early to work family farm during depression. Lived in Salt Lake City and Sandy. Moved back to Oak City and farmed. Loved to dance as health permitted. Active member LDS Church as long as health allowed. Loved to garden, fish and hunt. Made friends wherever he went. Will be missed by family and friends.

Survived by wife, Oak City; son and daughters, Michael Amos Anderson, Oak City; Utona (Robert) Davey and LaDean (Don) Nichols, both West Valley City; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; brother, Merlin (Edith) Anderson, Oak City; Lena (Lloyd) Peterson, Delta; Allie (Jess) Cardon, Lehi. Preceded in death by son, Kerry Danielson, brother, Carlos Anderson.

Funeral services Monday August 19, 1996, 11 a.m., Oak City 1st LDS Ward. Friends call Monday 10-10:45 a.m. at church. Burial Oak City Cemetery under direction of Nickle Mortuary.
