to the late Samuel Jay
and Connie Shumake Karriker,
he was employed for
almost 40 years as a mechanic
at Draymore Manufacturing.
Survivors are his son, Jeffery
Karriker of Salisbury;
daughters, Angelia Whitney of
Denver and Shirley Karriker of
Gastonia; sisters, Nancy Barrett
of Gastonia, Linda Clary of
Mt. Ulla, Margaret Cook of
Concord, and Pat Hess of
China Grove; and one grandchild.
Brothers, Kenneth and
Edward Karriker, and a baby
sister, Joan Karriker, preceded
him in death.
A graveside service was
held Monday, Aug. 9, at
Glenwood Memorial Park.
