He is survived by two daughters: Nancy Cavanaugh and husband Bill of Rowlett, Kay Bonner of Garland, sister, LaVerne "Mutt" Rodgers and husband Raymond of Malakoff.
He is preceded in death by his wife Margaret Venable Williams, parents L.J. "Pat" and Annie Williams, brothers G.T. and T.C. Williams, stepson Glynn Venable and stepdaughter Martha Townley.
