Lance Cpl. Dominic J. Ciaramitaro, 19, of South Lyon, Mich., died April 23 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C. Dominic is survived by his mother Deborah Beaupre, his father John Ciaramitaro; sisters: Holly Ciaramitaro, Lucy Ciaramitaro, Elizabeth Peters, Grace Ciaramitaro; brother Salvatore Ciaramitaro; his grandparents Salvatore (Marie) Ciaramitaro and Susan Boston and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Gerry Boston and his sister Megan.
