Mrs S J Truxillo, 48 years old, 2119 Governor Nicholls Street, died early Wednesday at Mercy Hospital following an illness of three weeks. She was the former Miss Pauline Madere of Laplace. She came to New Orleans in 1911 when she was married to S J Truxillo. Funeral rites will be conducted today at 3 p.m. at the funeral home of Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp, Inc, 4117 South Claiborne Avenue. Religious services will be held at St Ann's Church and interment will be in St Patrick Cemetery No 3. Surviving Mrs Truxillo are her husband, a daughter, Mrs Thelma Rodwell, New Orleans; three sisters, Mrs Thomas Hymel and Mrs Willie Rushing, Laplace, and Mrs Joseph Keifer, New Orleans; and two brothers, Lawrence Madere and Dennis Madere, both of Laplace.
