Mom was born at Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore MD. the daughter of Russell Alton Fetterman and Blanche Yeager. She married Charles Richard Spencer on Jan 9,1966,in Dundalk Maryland. In the following years, they had two children, a boy and girl. In the fall of 1990 mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. She fought it with courge but lost the battle and passed away the following May. She is survived by one brother, William.
