Mrs. S. P. Harrington, formerly of Spirit Lake, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. F. Birdsall, near Harlowton, Mont., Sept. 21, after an illness of four months. which was pronounced as cancerous growth on the liver.

At the time of her death she was 65 years, 1 month and 13 days of age.

When a young woman she accepted Christ as her Savior and has been a devoted Christian and mother. All during her last illness she was cheerful and her faith in God never wavered.

She was married to Sidney P. Harrington, Aug. 27, 1876. To this union was born six children. two of whom, Luverne and Charley, died in young manhood. Those who survive her and mourn her loss are Mrs. Rosella Birdsall, Mrs. Emma Fingerson, Mrs. Grace Mulford and L. Roy Harrington, and eight grandchildren, all of Harlowton, Mont.

She also leaves a sister, Mrs. Emma Skinner of Delta, Colo., and two brothers, Elmer and Will Tucker of Nashua, Iowa. While she was sick, her husband was taken sick and died on Aug. 8th. Six weeks later she passed away. All medical assistance and loving hands could do, could not hold her here.
