Family plot of Dr. David Hosack (1769-1835) and wife Mary Eddy Hosack (?-1824) in the Westerly Division of Trinity Church Cemetery & Mausoleum. Although within the same Westerly Division, the plot is in a distant location from that of their son, Dr. Alexander Eddy Hosack.

NB: several sources have assigned Hosack's grave to Trinity Churchyard, belonging to the same church, 10 miles away in lower Manhattan. The grave is located in Trinity Cemetery, in Washington Heights (upper Manhattan).

Dr. David Hosack (1769*-1835) and wife Mary Eddy Hosack (?-1824) are buried together in a family plot in the Westerly Division of Trinity Church Cemetery & Mausoleum. Although within the same Westerly Division, the plot is in a distant location from that of their son, Dr. Alexander Eddy Hosack.

*NB: The last two numbers on David Hosack's birthdate are transposed, rendering the incorrect date "1796" rather than 1769.

Also, several sources have assigned Hosack's grave to Trinity Churchyard, belonging to the same church, 10 miles away in lower Manhattan. The grave is located in Trinity Cemetery, in Washington Heights (upper Manhattan).
