COSTILLO CLARENCE LEWIS

Costillo C. Lewis, 90, of Marble Falls passed away Saturday, April 5 in Marble Falls. He was born Jan. 27, 1918, in the Double Horn Community to Clarence and Ruth Denniston Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a life-long resident of the
the Marble Falls area and worked as a Job Superintendent for H. B. Zachary for 28 years. He was also a rancher for many years. He was a long-time member of the Church of Christ and served as an elder for 25 years. He married
Carene Young in 1940. She preceded him in death in 2001 after 61 years of marriage. He later married Golda Denniston on March 25, 2004, in Marble Falls. He was also preceded in death by his parents, three sisters
and a brother.
He is survived by his wife, Golda Denniston Lewis of Marble
Falls; son, Jimmy Lewis of Austin; daughter, Annette Hooks and her husband, Ross, of Liberty Hill; three step sons, Bobby Denniston and wife, Marie, of Burnet, William Denniston and Marshall Denniston, both of Marble Falls; step
daughters, Charlotte Machen and husband, Donald, and Jean Eades and her husband, Bruce, both of Marble Falls; sister, Brenetta Ross of Austin; three grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 11 step
great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, April
9 at the Marble Falls Church of Christ. Interment will follow in Lakeland Hills Cemetery under the direction of Edgar Funeral Home in Marble Falls.
