The News (Frederick, MD) December 2, 1896

Mrs. Laura Gott, wife of Mr. James P. Gott, near Boyds, who was reported in "The News" yesterday as being ill with blood poisoning, died Monday night at 9:35 o'clock. Her husband and four children survive her.

Her remains will be interred in Monocacy Cemetery at Beallsville, Montgomery County.
