Blanche V. Turner was born May 18, 1887 in Cedar Vale, Kansas (Chautauqua County), daughter of Rice Ross Turner and Adda J. Clark.

The 1900 Federal Census for Dale, Oklahoma (Kay County) shows Blanche Turner, age 12, born June 1887 in Kansas; living with her father, Ross R. Turner, a farmer, age 43, born October 1856 in Illinois; and her mother, Adda J., age 34, born June 1865 in Ohio. Also living in the household were Blanche's siblings: Ferris A. Turner, a farm laborer, age 19, born March 1881; John H. Turner, a farm laborer, age 17, born January 1883; Maggie A. Turner, age 15, born January 1885; Wiley R. Turner, age 19, born October 1889; Paul P. Turner, age 9, born July 1890; Lila Turner, age 6, born March 1894; Gus Turner, age 3, born September 1896; and Lois A. Turner, age 2, born February 1898; all born in Kansas except the last two, Gus and Lois, who were born in Oklahoma.

On September 12, 1905, in Kay County, Oklahoma, Blanche married Isaac J. Frazar, who was born March 10, 1882 in Henrietta, Texas (Clay County), son of James Azariah Frazar and Agnes Jane Paget Smith (1852-1886). Blanche and Isaac had two daughters: Agnes F. Frazar born February 1, 1907; and Addie Mae Frazar born March 11, 1908.

Blanche died April 16, 1950 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Oklahoma County) and was buried there in the Rose Hill Burial Park. Isaac died August 10, 1961 in Oklahoma City and was buried beside his wife.

Mrs. Frazar, 63, Dies in Hospital of Heart Attack. Mrs. Blanche Frazar, 544 NW 44, died at 12:01 a.m. Monday in Mercy Hospital of a heart attack.

Mrs. Frazar was born in Cedar Vale, Kansas. She came to Oklahoma with her husband, I.J. Frazar, city druggist, in 1917. They settled first in Texoma and later moved to Oklahoma City. Mrs. Frazar was a member of the Northside Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, I.J., and a daughter, Agnes B. Frazar, of the home. Services will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Northside Church of Christ. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Hahn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
