Keath was born May 5, 1910 at Watseka and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. George L. Keath. He was a graduate of Watseka High School.
He married in 1936 to Elizabeth Harris of Piper City at Aitkin, Minn. Keath was a member of the Methodist Church at Watseka.
Surviving beside his wife are: mother, Mrs. Maude Keath, Madera, CA; sisters, Mrs. Mildred McKim, Madera; Mrs. Gertrude Young, Chicago; and Mrs. Opal Dreiske, Evanston.
Funeral services were conducted at the Reilly Funeral Home in Piper City on Tuesday afternoon with Rev. Paul Jassimides, pastor of the Presbyterian Church at Piper City, officiating. Burial was in the Brenton Cemetery near Piper City.
