Born in Brazil, Jan 17, 1907, she was the daughter of Bertram and Nellie May Nussel Britton. After attending Indiana State Teachers College, she taught school for a brief time. She never married. Surviving are a sister, Charlotte Auld, Terre Haute and a brother Bert "Bill" BrittonJr. Columbus, Ohio. According to her wishes her remains will be cremated. There will be no service or visitation. Miller and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
