Mildred Irene Robertson, 82 of Parsons, KS passed away on Sunday September 26, 2004, at 12:03 a.m. in Labette County Medical Center in Parsons, Kan.
Mrs. Robertson was born on June 6, 1922, to the late Glenn and Ada (Owens) Wylie in Sulphur Springs, Ark. She was raised in Noel, Mo.

She married Gerald B. Robertson on Sept. 14, 1946. Being the wife of a serviceman, she made her home in many parts of the United States and also in Japan and England. She was the past president of the officer's wives club, very active in the Order of the Eastern Star and she also enjoyed golfing and bowling. She was a member of the Noel United Methodist Church in Noel, Mo.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, an infant twin brother, a brother, E. "Nap" Wylie, a sister, Ernestine Coffey and a grandson, Steven Jaskiewicz.

Survivors include her husband, Gerald Roberts, a daughter, Susan Beck and husband Dennis of Coffeyville, Kan.; one son, Bryan Robertson and wife Fran of Yucca Valley, Calif., one sister, Glendene Eskridge of Neosho, Mo., as well as five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Robertson will be held on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004, at 2 p.m. in the Noel United Methodist Church in Noel, MO. The Rev. David Howlett will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. Thursday, until the time of service in the church. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of the Ozark Funeral Home in Noel, MO.

Pallbearers will be Allen Jaskiewicz, Dennis Beck, David Wills, Bryan Robertson, Jim Latimer and Mike Eskridge.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Arthritis Association in care of the Funeral Home.
