Obituary - Gardner Murdock, aged 62, who for the past 20 years had operated restaurants at various times in Bellport, Moriches and Brookhaven, died yesterday at his home on South Country Road, Brookhaven, where he had maintained Murdock's Restaurant for the past five years.
Mr. Murdock was born in Brookhaven and had lived there all his life. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Nellie May Corwin Murdock; a son, Milton Murdock, and two grandchildren, all of Brookhaven.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Ruland's chapel, North Ocean Avenue, Patchogue, the Rev. Harold Jones of Bellport officiating. Interment will be made in Brookhaven Cemetery.
