---A message received here Tuesday evening announced the death of William Harrison Baity at his home in Beaumont, Texas.
---He was the youngest brother of James L. Baity, Assistant Comptroller of the Treasury, Washington, D.C., and former Editor of the La Plata Home Press, Mrs. William B. Bragg, La Plata and Mrs. Robert Doneghy of Kirksville, Frank Baity of Colorado Springs, and Rev. George P. Baity of Kansas City, Mrs. Sarah Johnson of Saratoga, Wyoming and Mrs. N. L. Vanderlip of Dows, Iowa.
