Ernest Case, age 75, a resident of Route 2, Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Wednesday, May 17, 1995, at Harrison Memorial Hospital, in Cynthiana. He was a native of Pendleton County, Kentucky, born February 14, 1920, the son of the late Charles Wilson and Cora Moore Case. He was a member of Richland Baptist Church, a farmer and landowner in Harrison County, past president and collection point coordinator of the National Farmers Organization and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.

He was preceded in death by: his wife, Loraine Hunt Case, on September 24, 1992; and his sister, Mildred Ammerman Beckett. Survivors include: a son, Russell W. "Butch" (Cheryl) Case, of Harrison County; three daughters, Reba (Donnie) Fuller, of Cynthiana, Cathy (Lewis) Muntz, of Brooksville, and Phyllis Case, of Sparta; and nine grandchildren, Amanda Case, Emily Case, Chris Case, R.T. Case, Drew Fuller, Niki Fuller, Eric Muntz, Kyle Muntz and Loren Muntz.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, May 20, at Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home by Rev. Jim Erwin. Burial was at Battle Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass. Pallbearers were: Ricky Dennie, Jaye Whalen, Jerry Lail, George Marsh, Emmett Hunt and Bob Best.
