Son of Ann Smith born September 14, 1767 Barnstable, Barnstable County Massachusetts.

Butler Co, OH: Old Will Book # 3, pg 56-57: 1844: Will of Warren Smith.

"In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I Warren Smith of the County of Butler in the State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following,that is to say-
First - I give, devise and bequeath to my son Oliver Smith all my lot of land lying and being in Oxford Township Butler County, containing about sixty four acres during his natural life, said lot be rented and the rent to be applied to his support, -
Second - I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Acenith all my land not herein bequeathed and all my personal estate during her natural life, my said wife to sell so much of my personal estate as will pay my funeral expenses and just debts, and the balance {so not?} accrued for to my estate. My father in law Heman Adams and his wife Lucy Adams to have equal right during their natural lives with my wife to the property bequeathed to my wife. -
Third, I give and bequeath to my daughter Lucy Wing, heirs the sum of thirty dollars.
Fourth, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Anna Johnson the sum of thirty dollars-
Fifth, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Sarah Ward thirty dollars -
Sixth, I give and bequeath to my daughter Louisa Smith forty dollars -
Seventh, I give, devise and bequeath to my grand daughter twenty dollars, it being her fathers portion & bed & beding-
I devise and direct that at the death of my wife and father in law and mother in law that the farm herein bequeathed to them shall be sold and the legacies paid & the balance of the money to be equally divided between my four sons, Warren Smith, Isaac Smith, Lot Smith & Thomas Smith. If my son Isaac Smith shall collect a joint note given by myself & him to John DeCamp from my estate, then he is not to receive a full share. His share to be the amount of the note less than my other Sons Shares.
And lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint my son Lot Smith & John Ward to be the executors for this my last will & testament revoking and annuling all former wills by me made & ratifying & confirming this & no other to be my last will & testament.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd day of Sept, A.D. 1844."
