Hunter Drewry Dies in West Virginia
Richmond Times Dispatch (Wednesday, January 19, 1938)

Hunter Leigh Drewry, a native of Petersburg, VA; and brother of United States Representative P.H. Drewry, succumbed in Martinsburg, WV. yesterday it was learned.
Mr. Drewry was 59 years old and had resided in Martinsburg since 1906. While in Petersburg he was active in civic affairs. He was president of Dean's Clothing Company, Inc., in Martinsburg.
He had been in the hospital for several days, but was taken to his residence when his condition was thought to be improved. He suffered a relapse yesterday which resulted in his death.
In addition to Rep. Drewry he is survived by his wife. Funeral services and burial was in Martinsburg.
